Corden Pharma Colorado CAP Meeting Minutes



	CAP Topics Experience has led the CAP to recognize a number of topic areas that have had the greatest bearing on efforts the group has undertaken. These areas have been segmented so that a topic can most often be reviewed or presented as background to new members during a single meeting. The following list of topics reflects the historic responsibilities taken on by the CAP and is not intended to preclude future additions. Topic 1: Corden Pharma Colorado Corporation Overview Presents a general overview of Corden Pharma Colorado’s pharmaceutical research, development, and manufacturing activities in Boulder as well as CPC’s place in the global Corden Pharma Colorado organization. Topic 2: Corden Pharma Colorado's Pollution Prevention Activities Surveys the pollution prevention measures in effect at Corden Pharma Colorado. Topic 3: Pharmaceutical Manufacturing at Corden Pharma Colorado Describes the processes that Corden Pharma Colorado uses to manufacture its pharmaceutical products. Topic 4: Corden Pharma Colorado's Current Product Stream A briefing on one or more of the important pharmaceutical products Corden Pharma Colorado is producing. Topic 5: General Risk Assessment and Toxicology Tutorial A local expert is engaged to provide a tutorial on the assessment of health risks associated with chemical exposure. Topic 6: Process Safety Management at Corden Pharma Colorado A description of the methods Corden Pharma Colorado uses to assess process safety risks and to develop the systems for managing these risks. Topic 7: Corden Pharma Colorado's Hazard Analysis Laboratory The manager of Corden Pharma Colorado's Hazard Analysis Laboratory describes the procedures used by the Laboratory for developing the physical data that is used in Process Safety Management (including a physical demonstration). Topic 8: Roche’s Roots in Risk Assessment and Risk Management The Corden Pharma Colorado Corporate Risk Assessment Directive, the EPA's Risk Management Program, and the site incident investigation procedure are explained. Topic 13: Corden Pharma Colorado’s Path toward Sustainability Provides a comprehensive review of Corden Pharma Colorado’s commitment to sustainability, entailing the three pillars of economic, environmental and social values. Topic 14: Governing Environmental Statutes and Regulations A forum for the detailed historical study and present-day review of environmental statutes and regulations governing Corden Pharma Colorado activities.
